Dive into this: 8 brand spankin' new skeins of Phildar's Phil Peluche in Chartreuse. Pretty apple green color and very soft yarn. 90% acrylic, 10% polyamide. And it's machine-washable! (I'd use the delicate cycle, though.) 5-6 US (3.5-4mm) needles, 31 rows and 19 sts 4"x4" (10x10 cm) square. 1.76 oz (50 grams) in each skein, 93 yds (86 m). This yarn has not been discontinued, and it is, in fact, one of Phildar's longstanding novelty-type yarns. But lucky you! Every time I rethink my project lineup for the season chances are a project's worth of yarn gets put up here in order to give someone else the chance to knit it. This is why I had bought the yarn:

Cute scoop-necked sweater with 3/4 sleeves from Phildar Automne 2004. (8 skeins makes up to size 34/36). And someday I will knit this! (Just not this season. I need more knitting hands.)
