First stop: Vaulx en Velin. | Coming back from the open market. In bag: Spicy chorizo, saucisson and some goat's milk cheese that smelled up the car nicely. [Stinky cheese is the best kind of cheese.] | This is the stand at the open market where I buy charcuterie. This couple is the sweetest couple EVER. They gave Captain Destructo a mini saucisson for free. (He loves dried sausage and French bread. He's a true lyonnais!) | Next stop: Parc Miribel! (My husband goes cycling here.) | Here are les plages. | With swans! | The obligatory walking on the sand shot. | The obligatory jogging on the sand shot. | [Awwwwwwwwww!] | This swan came right up to me as I was taking photos. Either he was attracted by all that fringe hanging from my pull poncho, or he wanted bread. (I think it was the latter.
