Why, it's a seaming party! [This has always been my preferred method of seaming.] |
Invisible stitch is my best friend. | Notice how I marked off groups of stitches in order to make the ribbing of both sleeves look symmetrical and achieve a straight seam? Sure wish I had taken the time to do that the first time I sewed the sleeve. | It worked!!! [Breaks out in feverish jitterbug.] | No more lopsided shoulders. | Yep. Picking up stitches for the neckband. | All finished! Now please excuse me while I knit 14 cms of ribbing in black yarn. (Everybody yawn together now.) | |
